Hello & Welcome
The annual Dinosaur Ball is the signature fundraising event for the Las Vegas Natural History Museum. Started just a year after the Museum opened, 2022 marks the 29th anniversary of the event (skipping a year for COVID). This year, the Las Vegas Natural History Museum soared to new heights as we celebrated 31 years of inspiring and educating the community!
The 2022 Dinosaur Ball was held Oct. 1 at the Museum and featured food and beverage, fun, music, a silent auction and “fun-raising” in support of the Museum’s educational programs.
Honored during the event were two families who generously donated exhibit-quality personal collections to the Museum – the Estate of Carl Ross and the Ross family, and the late Peter Carollo and the Carollo family. Mr. Ross’ and Mr. Carollo’s legacies will be remembered for years to come in multiple exhibits throughout the Museum.
Thank you to everyone who joined our mission “to inspire a better understanding and appreciation of the natural world, the sciences, and ourselves through educational exhibits, programs, and research.”
